Family Help Social Worker: Safeguarding & Early Help Pro

Dorset Council is seeking a Family Help Social Worker to support children and families within the Families First framework. You will work across the continuum of need from early help to court work, in an integrated locality team with safeguarding partners.

We expect strong professional judgment, reflective supervision, and a commitment to improving outcomes for children. A driving licence and UK-based practice experience are preferred, with visa sponsorship available in limited cases.
