Hospitality HR Manager: Lead People & Policy

The Grove in Watford is seeking an HR Manager to lead HR across the resort, acting as a trusted partner to Heads of Department, handling employee relations, policy, recruitment and onboarding with a focus on fair and consistent People practices.

You’ll shape responses to Employment Rights Act changes and set the standard for great hospitality HR. You’ll report to the Group HR Director and empower a People team that cares about getting it right for every colleague.
