Torbay Council is recruiting Social Workers to join our Adult Social Care service at an exciting time of transformation. The permanent role covers 37 hours and offers development across Transitions, Complex Care and Older Person’s Mental Health.

You will work with adults to assess needs, develop person-centred care plans, collaborate with families and partner agencies, promote independence, and contribute to safeguarding with supportive supervision.
