MASH Social Worker (Hybrid) – Safeguarding

Gateshead Council is seeking a dedicated MASH Social Worker to join our Families First transformation. You will help safeguard children and work across partners to identify risks, assess needs and determine the right support at the earliest stage.

As part of FF MASH, you will influence decisions through professional judgement, contribute to multi‑agency discussions and promote early intervention while benefiting from hybrid working, generous leave and a strong pension scheme.
