Employee Relations Advisor – Strategic HR Partner

Cornwall Council is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Adviser to join our Employee Relations Team. The role focuses on supporting and advising on employment matters, contributing to the delivery of people management training for managers, and handling a varied caseload across the full range of employment processes.
