CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is recruiting an HVAC Multi Skilled Engineer to join the team in Darlington. The role covers electrical and mechanical maintenance of plant, equipment and building services to ensure reliable operation and comfortable environments for clients.
You will fault find on HVAC plant, work with F-Gas handling qualifications, support safety and health procedures, and use CAFM systems to plan and document maintenance.
