Voice Network Engineer: Unigy & Incident Expert

Wipro is seeking an IPC Voice Support Engineer to join the Technology Support team in London. You will support the stability, availability, and operation of the IPC Unigy voice environment, collaborating with business users, service teams, IPC’s Advanced Support Group, and project engineers to resolve incidents.

You will analyse health-check results, manage incidents in ServiceNow, and assist with Webex sessions, VPN connectivity, and Unigy management tasks.
