Salary 45-65,000 (DOE)PermanentParking space / local to train station28 days holiday +closed during Christmas / New Year breakEpsomWorking pattern: ideally 5 full days, however, could consider 4 days minimum or 5 shorter daysStandard Hours: 8.45am – 5.00pm

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Private Client Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE to join our client’s local practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a varied private client caseload from instruction to completion.
• Draft wills, LPAs and other private client documents.
• Handle probate applications and estate administration.
• Provide clear, professional advice and excellent client care.
• Maintain accurate files and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop client relationships and contribute to business development and new client referrals.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE in private client work.
• Strong technical knowledge and experience managing your own caseload.
• Excellent communication, organisational and client care skills.
• A proactive, professional and commercially aware approach.
• An ability to build relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the firm.
