Working pattern: ideally 5 full days, however, could consider 4 days minimum or 5 shorter days
Standard Hours: 8.45am – 5.00pm
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Private Client Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE to join our client’s local practice.
The successful candidate will manage their own caseload, providing advice and support to clients across a range of private client matters, including wills, probate, estate administration, lasting powers of attorney and trusts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied private client caseload from instruction to completion.
- Draft wills, LPAs and other private client documents.
- Handle probate applications and estate administration.
- Provide clear, professional advice and excellent client care.
- Maintain accurate files and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop client relationships and contribute to business development and new client referrals.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE in private client work.
- Strong technical knowledge and experience managing your own caseload.
- Excellent communication, organisational and client care skills.
- A proactive, professional and commercially aware approach.
- An ability to build relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the firm.
