Associate Building Surveyor – Project & Survey Lead

Egis UK is seeking an Associate Building Surveyor to join our team in Glasgow or Edinburgh. You will work on projects in both the public and private sectors, blending survey work (dilapidation, PPM, condition) with contract administration and project management, using CAD and building technology to drive quality and compliance.

You will liaise with clients, colleagues and contractors, prepare scope, budgets and programmes, and monitor construction works to ensure delivery on time and to budget,
