DACH BDR (Berlin) – AI-Driven Hospitality Growth

All Gravy is looking for an ambitious Business Development Representative to drive DACH market outbound from our London base. You’ll cold-call, email, and LinkedIn to create qualified opportunities for our AE team, focusing on hospitality brands in Germany and Austria.

You’ll own the discovery process, map stakeholder pains, and progress deals from first touch to close, with room to grow into broader SMB cycles and a founding BDR role for the DACH region.
