Senior Warehouse Operations Leader – Sortation & Growth

InPost is recruiting an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager for Yeovil to lead the despatch operation, optimise the mechanical sortation process, and develop the shift team to deliver high performance and customer service excellence.

The role requires proven leadership in parcel/logistics, strong CI and cost-optimisation capabilities, plus solid knowledge of H&S, drivers’ hours, tachograph rules, and WTD. Occasional UK travel may be expected.
