Nuffield Health is the UK’s largest healthcare charity. As a Building Maintenance Manager at our club, you will oversee the whole site—from the building shell to grounds—and maintain pools, mechanical plant, HVAC and ventilation systems to keep facilities in peak condition.

You’ll lead a hands-on maintenance team, use CAFM to manage queries, and drive a proactive maintenance programme while enabling continuous skill development.
