One Stop, a Tesco subsidiary, is hiring a Store Manager for a fast-paced retail environment where no day is the same. You will oversee daily store operations, drive efficiency and profitability, and coach your team to deliver excellent service.

You will lead a shift of Staff, manage KPIs, ensure compliance and safety, and foster a culture that places customers and colleagues at the heart of everything we do. This role is based in a local store within the community.
