Outbound Operations & Customer Service Lead – 12-Month FTC

Kenny Recruit partners with a consumer goods business to appoint an Outbound Operations and Customer Service Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. The role is London-based with hybrid working (2 days in office, 3 days remote).

You will oversee end-to-end order fulfilment, manage Gorgias, drive efficiencies, and collaborate with warehouse, commercial, demand planning and finance teams to ensure exceptional customer service.
