Overnight Store Manager — Lead Teams & Replenishment

Sainsbury’s in Milton Keynes is seeking a Lead Nightshift Manager to oversee overnight store operations and manage a team of managers across a 4-night schedule with a £4,500 premium. You’ll drive replenishment, health and safety, and performance through coaching and data-driven decisions.

You’ll partner with the store leadership team to plan key trading events, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and maintain a safe, inclusive environment for colleagues during out-of-hours trading.
