Transformation Programme Lead – Tech & Member Experience

The Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) is seeking a Programme Manager to lead two major transformation programmes: Technology Firm Foundations and Member & Customer Experience. This role focuses on balancing technology, people and processes while driving measurable improvements for members and customers.

You will develop a clear programme vision, coordinate across multiple projects, and establish governance and controls. Hybrid working in Stevenage is available.
