Entain is seeking a Retail Customer Service Manager to join its Ladbrokes & Coral betting shop network. You will focus on delivering top customer service and maintaining high standards while working under the Shop Manager on a dynamic shop team.

The role includes taking bets, handling cash, demonstrating betting terminals, and driving customer satisfaction. Shops operate 8am–10pm across locations, with a typical 15-hour weekly rota and a mix of opening, closing, and evening shifts.
