Rail Assets Quantity Surveyor – CP7 BAM, Growth

AmcoGiffen is seeking a commercially minded Quantity Surveyor to join the Warrington team. You will manage costs, valuations and final accounts across a high-volume CP7 BAM framework, supporting reactive and planned works on rail assets.

You’ll collaborate with delivery teams and clients, ensuring cost control and quality targets are met. A strong NEC/Network Rail contract understanding helps you navigate complex projects within a supportive, long-term framework.
