Automotive Technical Support Engineer

Novelis in Birmingham invites applications for a Technical Customer Service (m/f/d) role in Automotive Flat Rolled Products. You will be the primary contact for customers, coordinating with Development, Sales, Production and Quality Assurance to deliver technical solutions.

You will support on-site press runs and production trials, resolve technical and quality concerns, monitor KPI-driven performance, and travel 25-50% to customer and production sites as needed.
