Clarion Housing Group is seeking a Maintenance Surveyor to support Chichester, Guildford, Bracknell and surrounding areas. You will deliver pre/post-inspection reports for repairs, plan maintenance and construction work, and conduct surveys to identify defects and risks.
Key requirements include a Diploma in Surveying, Property and Maintenance Level 3 and membership in RICS or CIOB. Travel across the region is expected; the role is permanent with 36 hours per week.
