Optime Group is seeking a Marketing Manager (B2B) to take ownership of its marketing and strengthen its position as a leading name in aviation recruitment. You will be Optime’s sole marketer, reporting to the Managing Director.

The role covers brand, content, design, SEO and lead generation, working closely with the commercial team to drive growth. Hybrid working in Crawley, with three office days and two at home.
