Senior Luxury Showroom & Events Lead

Arlettie is seeking a Senior Showroom Manager to coordinate events with the Country Manager and Account Managers, leading an operations team of 30 to 100 weekly. You will ensure sales success and high customer satisfaction for B2B and B2C clients.

You will supervise Showroom Assistants, Inventory Managers, and Cashier Managers, drive daily and weekly sales targets, analyze KPIs, and optimize merchandising and inventory across luxury fashion showrooms.
