A new domiciliary care service in Ashford is looking for an experienced Registered Manager to join us during the start-up and CQC registration stage.
This is an exciting opportunity to become involved with a new care service from the early stages and play an important role in establishing a high-quality service for people in their own homes.
The role will initially be part-time and flexible, with the opportunity for the role to develop as the service becomes operational and grows.
The role will include:
- Supporting the CQC registration process
- Providing Registered Manager oversight
- Advising on policies, procedures and care systems
- Helping ensure the service is ready to commence regulated activity
- Working closely with the directors during the start-up phase
- Taking responsibility for the regulated activity once operational
- Supporting the ongoing quality and development of the service
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care
- Has a strong understanding of CQC requirements
- Has the relevant qualifications and experience for the role
- Is organised, reliable and approachable
- Is confident working independently
- Would enjoy being involved in building a new care service from the ground up
Hours: Flexible, initially as required, with the opportunity for hours to increase as the service develops.
