User Researcher — Hybrid London: Shape digital cancer support

Breast Cancer Now in London seeks a researcher to lead mixed-methods studies for our support services and fundraising. You will conduct depth interviews, usability testing, diary studies, and surveys, synthesising insights to drive decision making.

You’ll ensure research ethics, accessibility and safeguarding are at the forefront and collaborate with product, services and clinical teams. The role offers hybrid working with up to 3 days at home.
