Parkinson’s Disease Nurse Specialist – Hybrid Community Lead

The South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust seeks a Band 7 Parkinson’s Disease Nurse Specialist to work mainly in the community with links to secondary care. You will manage your own caseload, provide specialist advice to patients and families, and support the MDT with timely assessments and evidence-based treatment.

Applicants should have at least two years’ Band 6 experience, Master’s level knowledge, and the ability to work autonomously.
