The Lion Inn, part of the Coaching Inn Group, seeks an experienced Head Banqueting Chef to lead the banqueting kitchen and deliver exceptional food for weddings, functions and conferences in a premium hospitality setting.
You’ll split time between high-volume banqueting and our premium gastropub kitchen, driving quality, cost control and guest satisfaction across events and restaurant service.
