Job Description:
Dakota Hotels in the UK seeks an experienced Chef to support the Head Chef, running the kitchen and leading a busy service. You will manage interviews, trial shifts, appraisals and performance, write costed menus, control stock, place orders and ensure food hygiene compliance.
The role also offers the chance to train junior chefs, develop the team, and contribute to high audit scores while maintaining the Dakota culture of positivity and service excellence.
