Reception & Guest Experience Specialist

Novotel Liverpool Centre is seeking a friendly front desk associate to greet guests, check them in and out, and manage payments. You will contribute to a positive guest experience by delivering personalized service and upholding Accor standards.

This casual/0-hours role requires a proactive communicator with a guest-first attitude and the ability to work mornings or afternoons as needed. Prior hospitality experience is advantageous.
