Job Description:
The postholder will be accountable for improving outcomes at KS4 by teaching several KS classes and targeted interventions, using assessment data to identify pupils needing support and measuring the impact of these actions across the department.
They will raise teaching quality by modelling high‑quality practice, delivering CPD, mentoring colleagues, supporting professional development, and ensuring staff development meets departmental needs.
