Holistic Education Training & Development Lead

Ruskin Mill Trust Limited is recruiting a Training and Development Coordinator (HEaRT) based at Ashdown Garden School and Emerson College, Forest Row. Salary band £36,331 – £45,157 per annum. 40 hours per week, 52 weeks.

The role supports staff development, delivering our PSTE curriculum and coordinating training across education provision. You will design and deliver training, review needs, support delivery and mentoring, and engage with the 3 research areas.
