Young’s Pubs in Cobham is seeking a Head Chef to lead a busy kitchen in our traditional pub environment. You will design and evolve menus using seasonal, local produce and have full autonomy over the kitchen’s creative direction.

You will manage a skilled team, cost controls, and GP while maintaining high standards of service and guest experience. Development programmes and masterclasses are available to support your growth.
