Lead Kitchen: Sous Chef, Training & Growth

Heartwood Collection is seeking a dynamic Sous Chef to join our busy kitchen teams across our cosy pubs and brasseries. The role requires proven leadership to run service from the line and support the head chef while delivering training to the team.

With 3-4 years in a Sous Chef position or similar, you’ll bring confidence in fresh, seasonal dishes and a good grasp of administration tasks. We offer strong progression, paid overtime, and a warm, community-driven environment.
