This is a HOT desk! We’re looking for a driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our clients team.
You’ll work closely with Principal Consultants on live roles, focusing on identifying and placing top-tier candidates across global markets. There are roles you will work on from day 1, ranging from Quant Trading and Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Principal Consultants on active, high-value roles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients globally
- Manage multiple vacancies while maintaining a high level of service
- Consistently meet and exceed KPIs
Requirements
- Over 6 month recruitment experience in a 360 recruitment consultant role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience working across global markets is advantageous
