DV/SC Cleared 1st Line Helpdesk Analyst – London

SmartSourcing Ltd in London is recruiting for a DV/SC-cleared Call Handler/Helpdesk Engineer for 1st line support. The role is based onsite in London (SW1) for a 6-month contract, with a day-time shift pattern and a £300 per day rate (inside IR35).

Experience in a national security or defence environment, and Police background are highly desirable. Excellent customer service and ICT/telephony skills are essential for this non-IT role.
