Night-Shift Nurse-Led Complex Care Support Worker

Komplex Group in Darlington is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join Komplex Care for waking nights (19:00–07:00) to deliver nurse-led, at-home care for adults with lifelong clinical needs. You will provide medication administration and personal care under clinical supervision.

Applicants should have a full UK driving licence, care experience or willingness to train, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to follow detailed clinical protocols.
