What will you actually do?
You’ll spend your time building two things:
Client relationships — winning new business, networking with decision-makers and developing long-term partnerships.
Your candidate network — sourcing great people, building relationships with senior candidates and developing your own specialist market.
You’ll learn how to build a desk, develop commercial relationships and become an expert in your sector.
