Clinical Flow Coordinator: Drive Patient Flow & Discharge

EPUT is recruiting a Clinical Flow Coordinator to support the Care Coordination Centre at St Margaret’s Hospital, Epping. You will help manage patient flow, coordinate safe transfers of care and assist with discharge planning across West Essex, working with multidisciplinary teams and partner organisations.

The role is fixed-term until 31 March 2027, full-time or part-time options, 37.5 hours per week, with a focus on improving patient outcomes and system performance.
