Deputy Service Manager: Lead with Compassion

Millennium Support in Eggborough is seeking a Deputy Service Manager to lead a compassionate care team and help people we support live with dignity and independence. You will coach Support Workers, ensure safe, high-quality, person-centred services, and work with the Service Manager to drive continuous improvement.

Training provided will cover Autism, forensic risk, trauma-informed support, and positive behavioural support.
