The Paddocks in Marston Green, Solihull, is seeking an exceptional Registered Manager to lead a nine-unit supported living service for autistic people. You will oversee quality, safety and service culture, guide transitions, and ensure holistic, person-centred support with a 24/7 team.
You will be responsible for staff development, compliance with CQC and safeguarding, and building partnerships with families, commissioners and health professionals.
