NHS 111 Call Handler: First Point of Contact & Care

HUC in Welwyn Garden City is recruiting for 111 Call Handlers to support NHS 111 and Out of Hours GP services. The role offers full or part-time hours with shifts between 7am and 11pm, 16 hours per week, and a comprehensive 6-week training programme from Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.

Successful candidates must have the right to work in the UK and complete DBS checks as required. A strong customer-service background and the ability to communicate clearly are essential.
