Rough Sleeping Outreach and Housing Support Officer

Plymouth City Council is seeking a Community Connections Officer (Rough Sleeping) to support vulnerable residents and prevent homelessness. You will build trusted relationships, assess needs and help clients access housing, healthcare and benefits.
