About the Role
We are seeking caring and dedicated Support Workers to join our team to work across adult residential and supported-living services. You will be supporting adults with a range of needs including learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and complex care requirements. This is a rewarding opportunity to help individuals live independently, build confidence, develop life skills, and enjoy the activities and experiences that matter most to them.

Book shifts yourself, via a consultant, or use Auto-book to let us know when you want to work. The app will automatically pick up the shifts you want as soon as they’re published.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver person-centred support based on individual needs
- Support with personal care and daily living activities
- Promote independence, choice and community participation
- Support with meals and eating/drinking requirements
- Administer or support with medication where appropriately trained
- Support individuals with activities and appointments
- Follow care plans, risk assessments and safeguarding procedures
- Complete accurate care records and handovers
- Work waking nights and other shift patterns depending on the service
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience within adult social care, supported living or residential services
- Experience supporting learning disabilities, autism and/or complex needs
- Confident providing personal care
- Good understanding of safeguarding
- Reliable and able to work independently where required
- Medication, Epilepsy, Dysphagia, PBS and Moving & Handling experience/training are particularly useful
- Driving licence desirable, and required for some services
