Digital Carer Support Lead for Young Adult Carers

Carers Leeds is seeking a Carer Support Worker (Digital and Young Adult Carer) to lead on developing and testing innovative digital approaches to identify, reach and support carers, with a focus on young adult carers.

You will provide information and guidance online, deliver one-to-one support via webchat and video calls, coordinate online events, and help deliver the digital strategy while supporting colleagues to use digital tools in their work.
