Psychology Graduate | SEN TA for Behaviour Support

Protocol Education is seeking Psychology graduates to work as SEN Teaching Assistants in Sunderland schools. The role focuses on behaviour, child development and SEND, supporting pupils with SEMH, autism, ADHD, and learning needs during school hours.

You will engage in 1:1 mentoring, small-group support, and classroom learning, helping pupils develop social, communication, and emotional regulation skills in a supportive setting.
