Reintegration Support Coach – Community Impact

Social Interest Group is hiring a Support Coach to work on day shifts with a rolling rota, supporting residents recently released from prison in a residential setting. You will develop tailored support plans, identify needs, goals, and skills, and motivate residents to engage in activities and the community.
