Social Care Advisor – Empathetic Support & Risk Management

Leicestershire County Council is seeking a Social Care Advisor to be the first point of contact for internal and external queries. You will advise, guide and support customers, handling a high volume of emotive adult social care enquiries by phone and email, and signpost or refer as needed.

Working in a fast-paced environment, you will manage your caseload to resolution, demonstrate empathy, maintain accuracy in records, and adapt to flexible and hybrid working arrangements.
