Day Mental Health Support Worker – Complex Needs

Bloomcare Group’s Lighthouse Care in Prescot is seeking an Experienced Mental Health Support Worker to join the Days team on full-time or bank contracts. You will support residents during daytime hours, promote safety, recovery, and wellbeing, and build therapeutic, person-centred relationships.

The role requires at least 2 years’ experience with complex mental health needs and dual diagnosis, safeguarding knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
