Personal Development Support Worker – Empower Lives

C-Change Scotland is seeking a Personal Development Worker to support Martin to live his best life in Bo’ness. This 15-20 hour per week role involves helping him engage in activities he enjoys and build independence within the community.

The position is permanent, part-time, with a driving licence required. Sleepovers are not required, and a range of benefits are offered including PVG/SSSC fees, generous annual leave, and flexible working options.
