CCH in Swanscombe is seeking a dedicated care worker to support a young gentleman with autism. You will provide social inclusion, assist with daily living tasks, and engage in hobbies, cooking, and walks around the community.
A valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required; prior care experience with learning disabilities is advantageous. DBS check and full training are provided.
